• Organisers: Chess Academy (Singapore) Pte Ltd, supported by Sports Hub Library and played under the FIDE Laws of Chess and the following rules and regulations.
• Date & Time: Sunday 6th October 2019 from 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm (to report by 12.45 pm)
• Venue: Sports Hub Library, 4 Stadium Walk Singapore 397697
• Eligibility: Open to all students in Primary Schools. There shall be three categories (a) Under 12 (b) Under 10 Category and (c) Under-8 Category.                      Participants may opt to play in a higher category.
• Mode of Competition: 6 Rounds Swiss using Swiss Manager Pairings with 15 minutes for each player to complete the game.
• Entry Fee: Shall be $ 30.00 per participant.
• Prizes: Shall be presented to the top 6 winners (boys) and top 3 winners (girls) in each category.  For the Under 8 Category, there shall be category Prizes for Pre-Schools. All other participants will receive merit prizes.
• Closing Date: Tuesday 1^st October 2019 at 7.00 pm. Late entries and entries without payment will not be accepted. Entry Fee paid is non-refundable.
• In the event of any disputes (outside the Laws of Chess), the organizer’s decision shall be final and no further correspondences shall be entertained.
